Estimates are not binding until confirmed by an on-site measurement (template).

Pricing may change based on final dimensions, material selection, edge profiles, cutouts, backsplash requests, and installation requirements.

Quote validity is typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
3. Templates (Final Measurements)

A template appointment is required before fabrication.

The customer must ensure cabinets, sinks, appliances, and supports are installed properly and permanently before measurement.

Any changes made after templating may result in additional costs or delays.
4. Fabrication & Installation
4.1 Material Variations
Natural stone, quartz products, and solid surface materials may vary in color, pattern, and veining.
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
4.2 Installation Requirements
Customers must ensure:

Clear and safe access to the installation area

Plumbing, electrical, and appliance installations are handled by licensed professionals

Removal of old countertops (unless included in quote)

Cabinets are level, secure, and structurally sound
We are not responsible for cabinet leveling, structural corrections, plumbing, gas line reconnections, or electrical work.
4.3 Damage Disclaimer
During installation, minimal damage to paint, drywall, or existing structures may occur.
This is considered normal and is the customer’s responsibility to repair.
5. Payments & Billing

A deposit is required to begin scheduling or fabrication.

Final payment is due upon installation or as agreed in writing.

We accept major payment methods as listed on our website.

Unpaid balances may accrue late fees or result in suspension of services.

Chargebacks or payment reversals without cause may result in legal action and recovery fees.
6. Warranty Information
6.1 Installation Warranty
We provide a standard installation workmanship warranty (typically 1 year).
This covers installation defects but does not include:

Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents

Staining, etching, scratching, or heat damage
